Spicy Buffalo Beer Dip
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese (in 1/2" cubes) 1/2 cup Light Beer 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (hot or mild) 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles 2 Green Onions, sliced thin |
Microwave Velveeta and beer on high 5 min. stirring after 3 min. Stir in remaining ingredients. Enjoy! Dip can be served hot or cold. To serve cold, refrigerate several hours. |
